Pastor Justin tells the part of the story we've been building toward since episode one: the jealous officials caught Daniel praying, the king was trapped by his own unchangeable law, and Daniel, around eighty years old, was lowered into a pit of hungry lions and sealed in with a stone.But God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths. In the morning, the king ran to the den, and Daniel was alive, without a scratch. The episode lands on the truth that changes everything: God did not keep Daniel out of the den. God went into the den with him. We will never be promised a life without dens, but we are promised we will never face one alone.This episode helps kids name their own dens, the doctor's appointment, the hard thing at home, the bully, the sadness at night, and learn to pray right in the middle of them.
